My parents passed away within a month of each other and from the first phone call everything was made simple and straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble and all stages were clearly explained with guidance, suggestions and support when needed. We never felt rushed to make decisions about the funerals. Family members were able to spend plenty of time with mum and dad. The staff, Cathy in the branch office and the teams on the days of the funerals, were exceptional. Throughout the whole process we were treated with respect, compassion and kindness which made a very emotional time much easie
