My family and I had no idea where to even begin with organising my Dad funeral he did not leave a Will. Bonnie was absolutely amazing in helping us navigate through everything that we needed to think of to the layout of the order of service to the flowers and showed so much compassion, Nothing was too much trouble. Andy carried out the Eulogy and he was amazing getting Mum involved during the service. All of our Family said what a lovely service and they would love to have Andy when their time came. I cannot recommend Searsons enough. I unfortunately lost my mum in February 2026 to which she stayed in Searsons care. For such a difficult process they made this chapter peaceful and put together an amazing service. Bonnie is nothing short of amazing, she held my hand the whole way through and pieced together the best send off for my mum. Andy conducted the service again, the best. I first heard about The Searson Family Funeral Service (shorter name then Im sure) years ago.
I worked with someone within a nursing environment and she had used them ; one time we were working a night shift together she started talking about the funeral directors she had used ? for one of her parents.
She looked up to me and said, 'if you remember nothing else, WHEN your family needs a funeral director - remember the name "Searsons" ' !

We have used searsons for several members of our family and would never go anywhere else. They dont just look after your deceased loved one with a great deal of care and dignity, they are so sympathetic and easy to deal with at a very difficult time and look after all the family. They think of every detail and guide you through every step of the process and make sure that every service is personal and meaningful to the family. From our initial interaction, Bonnie & her team proved to be incredibly helpful and well-informed regarding our needs for my mum. Bonnie consistently offered her assistance, displaying a compassionate and supportive approach. The convenience of having all arrangements handled in one location was particularly appreciated, including the printing of the Service booklet and the exquisite coffin spray, which was a testament to the florist's skill.
