Arranging funeral for my mum, I found Karen who assisted very kind and compassionate. She listened and advised. She also advised she would be caring for mum whilst she was sleeping at the coop. I felt reassured and at ease through out the process.
On the of funeral day, the 2 ladies taking us to the crematorium following the hearse were very respectful of our feelings too.
