★★★★★
Our experience of arranging my mother's funeral with William Hall, Jason and colleagues was extremely positive and straightforward. They were sensitive, understanding and flexible throughout, and the woodland cemetery and coach house venue for the service allowed for a very private, bespoke-feeling funeral in a beautiful, peaceful nature setting. A sad and difficult time for our family, but William Hall’s professionalism definitely helped to make things easier. Mum would have approved!
★★★★★
William, Jason and Tracey have been very helpful and compassionate when they helped both my mum and myself with arrangements for my dad and my husband's funerals. Words cannot express how grateful I am for their help and support during very difficult times.

These people are amazing! I lost my fiance suddenly September 13th. (I'm only 26) and they were so kind and caring and explained every step. They allowed my dad to be the go between so I didnt have to talk to anyone that I didnt want to. The Celebrate that performed the ceremony was amazing, she was lovely and took her time to create with us, the most beautiful ceremony. I can not thank you guys enough You truly made a sad time, a lot easier. Thank you x

I paid £1000 all told for this plot and it would be nice if the place was kept up together. The paths have weeds growing out of them and the wooden edges are misplaced and rotten, woodland or not people still need paths that are decent. The gardener is very careless and has cut down plants and also mowed over the plaque which upset me greatly. When things have been moved from grave, for instance after Christmas the items were lost and it was implied that they had been there all the time when they turned up again. My daughter was a young mother,I did this as I thought she deserved to be somewhe

I am really hurt lately the pictures I have seen from the Woodland Cemetery . I laid my mum to rest less than a year ago to be with my dad - now I see pictures of an unkept cemetery full of weeds at least 2 feet high - I paid nearly £600 for both Plaques that you can’t even see. This is deplorable. I understand that this is supposed to look like a woodland but this area is now - the only word I can use - disgusting - not happy at all - I have 6 family members there. If I could move them I would. Something needs to be done to restore this what could be a beautiful resting place.
