If I could give 10 stars I would.
Sheila at Shanklin Office couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, compassionate, understanding, interested and professional. Sheila kept me informed all the way through the process, she gave me great advice about things we didn't understand about the process right at the beginning so we knew what would happen. She was so caring about Mom and me and my husband at a time we needed it the most. When we went to pick Mom's ashes up she spent time consoling me, in a way I didn't feel ridiculous for getting upset, she understood.
