Funerals are a part of life but they can take a considerable amount of planning and organising, probably much more than I ever realised before I had to arrange my Mum's funeral. As family trying to come to terms with the sudden and unexpected loss of my wife Jackie.
From the first telephone call made by my daughter to book an appointment the voice on the other end of the phone (Steve) was very comforting when answering.
We arrived for our appointment and was greeted by Ali and instantly put at ease by her welcoming / friendly voice.
During the planning process although we had a funeral plan in place Ali made this so much easier to talk through and by the time we left we all felt relieved.
