As a family we’ve sadly had to use the services of the Park Gate office three times in the last five years for our uncle, mum and dad. Having never previously had to arrange a funeral we were so grateful for the caring, kind and professional way in which Jane guided us through the process and helped us decide what we wanted. Freemantles were very attentive and considerate throughout all the funeral arrangements. Jane in particular was very helpful as we had to get things done quickly as my daughter was returning to Canada. She even processed last minute alterations to the service sheet on the morning of the funeral and had them all printed in time. She went above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had no hesitation in instructing Freemantles to conduct our Mum’s funeral after they undertook Dad’s funeral a few years ago. From our first meeting with Dawn, through to the day of the funeral when Jane was in attendance, my brother and I were treated with kindness and compassion.
