Natalie and her team at the Chichester branch of Dillistone and Wraights did everything possible to make my mother’s Celebration of Life a beautiful and fitting tribute to her. They were very helpful and friendly, and always had time to discuss things with me. The Church service was lovely and the Order of Service was well-designed and nicely printed. Natalie helped to put together the Crematorium ceremony and led it in a very professional manner. Thank you.

This was the 2nd time in 7 years that this wonderful team, supported our Family in giving our loved one a good send off. Natalie and team made the loss our beloved Mother and Grandmother who was 93, easier to manage at a sad time. She passed away at home peacefully and Thomas and Chris came to take her to the funeral home. The respect, dignity and compassion they showed both her and us, was warming, even to the point of driving away so slowly in the middle of the night, knowing I was saying goodbye to her as she left her home.
