I could not recommend forever together highly enough. Sadly, I lost my son Keith on Christmas Day 2025 and although they were closed over the Christmas and New Year period Tillie-Mae opened the Drayton branch and spent a couple of hours with us going through everything including registering the death, the death certificate and arrangements for the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and for such a young lady she put us at ease, was compassionate and empathetic. Throughout the whole process Denise, Keiley and Tilley-Mae were very supportive and kept us informed. Denise said if you feel the ne

I would like to start with the team, they were fantastic Tilly & Denise and the rest were outstanding they all took part in looking after my father. At no time was it to much trouble for them, out of hours weekends visits were always arranged and delivered for me and my family. The service was 100% 100 out of 100, I would recommend this service, l for one will use this team guaranteed. At the worsted time of our lives they made it feel better. Forever Together is an unusual funeral directors as it's run by women. I don't know if that makes them more caring or not but they couldn't have been more so if they tried and went the extra mile to make sure that I was professionally and emotionally supported when my wife died just before Christmas. Denise, Charmaine, Claire and Becky at the Drayton branch were so lovely and genuinely caring people who made the most difficult time of my life easier to cope with by taking the weight off my shoulders with all the arrangements and keeping in touch with me throughout, even when they didn't need

My husband passed away on the first of February and we used forever together funeral care. From the first moment we walked through the door, Emma was amazing, so sympathetic and caring. She did the most wonderful job of arranging his funeral. Nothing was to much bother. I would certainly recommend them if you require a professional service with caring staff.
