From our first contact with Jonathan Terry to the last, we were impressed by everyone’s professionalism, compassion and kindness. Despite my dad passing on Boxing Day, Jonathan Terry came within the hour to collect him. We were able to see him in the chapel of rest and he looked very good, it was clear they had done a brilliant job. We had an unattended cremation however a group of us stood outside and a song was played. The team were very respectful and professional, a thoroughly excellent business that I would recommend to all.

Many thanks to Jonathan Terry and his team at Bitterne for the kind and respectful way they looked after my late father whilst in their care. As a family, we chose a direct cremation which was my father's wish. Though it was a no-attendance cremation, I (the daughter) did attend. At the crematorium, the funeral directors were very professional, respectful and took great care and time with my late father.
