There are no words enough that express our heartfelt thanks . My first contact was emotional and difficult but Paula made me feel so at ease .She was patient, kind and understanding . She wanted to listen to me and get to know about my beautiful mum that we had so suddenly lost . My brother and I were treated with care , concern and attention at all times . They made the entire process of making difficult decisions easier and we were not rushed at any time . Due to the circumstances the funeral was delayed a while and yet we were given absolute reassurance that our Mum was in the best care .
