Beautiful home with friendly staff and great food. It is always kept very clean and they care for the residents really well. It is great that residents can plant veg in the garden, sit by the pond and watch the chickens. I think it is amazing how much effort the staff and management put in to the quality of person centred-care they provide! Very happy overall thank you

I am so happy that my mum is resident here. She is so well looked after and is very happy, a massive relief to me.
The staff are all amazing, friendly, caring and just really special people. I love that they all know who I am and greet me when I am there with friendly words. They are worth their weight in gold.
The whole lockdown has been upsetting for all, residents, staff and relatives but it has been navigated so well and my phone calls have been welcomed, no one is ever too busy to speak to me.
Thank you for all your continued dedication to ensuring our relatives are cared for with dignity

Given 1 star but really dont deserve that. Was not happy with how our mum was looked after or wasnt looked after not given dietary help as she had trouble swallowing and was promised it. Was moved from a nice big room with own bathroom to small box room no bathroom.......same price

Unprofessional management .
incompetent management .
The home is management centered not person centered .
Management make it up as they go and withhold carers money whenever they see fit.
Money is priority to them not the residents.
Abuse and neglect are my main concern in this place especially when when extremely understaffed people are not being looked after properly !
Carers are amazing ... The management let the place down .
It's not safe , there has mean multiple incidents and accidents .
