My mother in law passed away recently and she already purchased a funeral plan which we had already chosen Powell in ware. I have to say from the very first spoken I had spoken with Ashley, and all the way through they were absolutely amazing. I can not fault them in even any tiny way. I mainly dealt with Ashley and spoken with Amber on a few occasions but honestly it was the very best anyone could have wished for under the circumstances. I was totally unaware of how to arrange a funeral but everyone at Powell's in Ware were very supportive and explained everything very clearly. It may seem like a simple thing to arrange but for me I was shocked by the death of my sister, despite her failing health. Powell's arranged everything from a Reverend, to flowers and other minor arrangements. They kept in contact with me all through the process and ensured everything went extremely smoothly on the day. She got numerous things wrong with my dads funeral it’s hard enough arranging it all being 30 years of age. let alone having loads not be right on a really important day.
