From the initial phone call to arrange my beautiful guinea pigs Scruffys cremation to his ashes delivered back to mine within 3 days off him being picked up from my local pdsa I received a 5 star service . At the time of his passing I forgot to ask my vet for some of his hair and a paw print but the lady I spoke to on the phone ( can’t remember her name ) offered me the service of his hair in a glass bottle and paw prints in ink and in foam which I’m so pleased for . Just picked up our beautiful fur baby Khaleesi from the vets. How we received her back was lovely. Her casket is done so nice with a brass plaque bearing her name and her certificate. She was then put in a beautiful box again with her name and a sweet poem. She was handed to us in nice cardboard bag with handles. My Delilah passed 5 days ago and broke my daughters and my heart, we arranged for her cremation as a last show of our love and respect. I contacted CPC Cambridge today to check on the progress and the lady was so helpful kind and supportive even calling our pet " our babies" which she was. This lady even rang me back with the progress which calmed my anxiety down as it has been one long anxious time.
