Hayley and Donna helped us through this very difficult time with their exceptional service. They were professional, compassionate and very sweet. They made sure the funeral was perfect and although it was for a tiny baby they treated her with so much respect and care. It is always sad when you lose a loved one and the journey to the undertakers is very sad as well. I can honestly say that Shires made myself and my wife very comfortable.
