My experience with E.H. Crouch Funeral Directors has been excellent. We were shown much sympathy and treated with compassion at the most difficult time. The help and advice we received from arranging the funeral, to the options available to us were most helpful. We were kept up to date throughout the whole process. On the day we had contact from the actual funeral director advising us of the procedure and timings. Everything went as planned. I found Jackie and Emma to be so caring and professional in our time of profound sadness. Every need was met with such care and attention, as a family we couldn’t have asked for more. Simon was an absolute star on the day of the funeral as he was the night dad passed away. He gave dad and us such respect. We had dad come home the night before his funeral… I thought he would come back in the van but he came in the hearse with four undertakers… I saw them arrive outside my kitchen window and I was so shocked he arrived in the hearse! I honestly can't praise Powell Funerals in Stevenage enough. Both of our parents passed away within a year, Dad in March 2022 and Mum in February 2023. Jacky and the team looked after us on both occassions and guided us through from start to finish making sure everything was perfect on the day for mum, dad and the family whilst looking after our welfare at the same time.
