Mum sadly passed away a year ago, her funeral plan was with Shires, Lisa and the team at Shires made the process as painless as they possibly could. Lisa was amazing, made a cuppa when my sister and I went in to drop some things off,chatted with us about mum but also asked how we, Dad and the family were doing.
