I called the UK office where I spoke to Edwin Dube who promised me a refund within 14 days as this is fraud taking money for someone who passed away. Edwin Dube promised me a refund within 14 days. Up until now I have not received my refund . I called the UK office and spoke to Itayi who was extremely rude to me on the phone and threatening me that there is nothing I can do even if I don’t get the refund I can go and report anywhere.
