Went above and beyond to help me arrange the service for my dad. Couldn’t have asked for a more down to earth person at a time that was most scary and stressful for me. The funeral was good but the staff looked untidy the lead had a worn down pair of shoes that needed a good polish, of the remainder the outfits on some looked as if they needed a good iron. Thus was nit helped by the sight of one member waiting in his car for the others to arrive, a silver grey van with blacked out windows arriving with some members all in full view of the mourners. They then straightened their outfits sorry not very professional

I went to Westons with my son to arrange a funeral for my husband which had been organised through the Golden Charter as a prepaid funeral. I was firstly told that they didn't deal with the Golden Charter anymore. On discussing various arrangements I was then told that if I wasn't happy I could go somewhere else. I found this quite disturbing as I had already paid for it and had used them in the past for my parents funerals. As it was we completed the arrangements and finally had my husbands funeral on the 13th May. I had purchased a lovely Urn which was for an adult and I did have a surplus
