Nothing was too much trouble and on the day of the funeral everything went smoothly as we expected because we knew we were in good hands. Can’t say same about the weather as it did not stop raining.

I am so glad I went to Duncan, Laura and Marielle were absolutely wonderful, I cannot praise them enough. My Dad and I were shown a lot of patience and guidance threw they whole process, given all options available to us, and every detail explained plainly and easily. the whole team were extremely patient with us, going over steps again when asked. From my very first call to Co-op Funeral Care Stevenage and speaking with Laura I was treated with understanding and respect and most importantly empathy.
Arrangements were made and my Mum was collected from the Garden House Hospice in a timely and professional manner.
I met with Duncan a few days later to make the arrangements for the funeral, he was simply brilliant, giving his suggestions on things that hadn't even crossed my mind. He was accommodating to my Mum's wishes of music, coffin and service. The Celebrant he suggested was excellent and a credit to her profession.
