Austin’s couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful with my dad’s funeral. He had to be repatriated from Africa, which was quite complex, and they handled everything smoothly. They were very kind with giving us all time to come and sit with him before the funeral. On the day itself, they were so calm and professional - it made such a difference and they were so clearly in command of things and even taking the care to turn around so that he exited the church the correct way round. They looked extremely smart too. We couldn’t fault them at all and it was wonderful being able to trust them at such
