She has no sense of how it feels to be grieving and has little to no empathy, will talk quickly, skipping over important things as if you organise funerals every day like her, gets moody when you ask her to slow down, and when calling you to request some expenses be paid on advance, instead of just requesting payment normally she says "as per the contract you signed and as per our terms and conditions" which is just completely unnecessary legal style talk and only needed when someone is refusing to pay, not at the first requ
