The service provided by Austin's throughout my mum's funeral was exemplary. They guided us through the required steps involved, and produced a lovely 'Order of Service' pamphlet which included some of her photos. The Chauffer bearers and team were so friendly, helpful and professional, we just couldn't have asked for anything more. I also have to mention the beautiful jaguar hearse and limousine cars that drove us to the crematorium and then wake.
