We used Austins a few years ago for my mother in law and again for her son, my husband. From the very first time we met Caroline we knew we were in safe hands. She is so caring and compassionate, she had us laughing and crying it meant a lot to us. She constantly kept us informed and guided us through the awful task of saying goodbye to a loved one. She is an absolute credit to Austins and we can’t thank her enough. The funeral team were so respectful on the day it made it so very special, we were saying goodbye to a much loved man, thank you Austins!

Used Austin's 3 times now Jackie is lovely very comforting and explains everything clearly with no rush our head was Gary and he was very professional and joined in with the banter which was great to lighten the spirit will use again but hopefully not in the near future in the nicest possible way.

The funeral and transport was handled excellently by Austin's. Unfortunately, the florist they recommended and has designed there collection, forgot about My Dad's floral tribute from his three sons until 1 hour before. Alas, we had nothing to take with us. Daizy's did make up something and delivered it direct to crematorium, but it had obviously been rushed, was half the size it should have been, with inappropriate colours. Use Austin's by all means, but avoid flowers by Daizy

Although Caroline dod a wonderful job. Especially as I was not the client as my dad's wife was next of kin despite no will legally. I was the eldest child and told this to the funeral conductor on arrival. He knew the family's did not speak but agreement had been made. On arrival we were supposed to be walking in behind the coffin, this was changed but no communication to me from him at all. At the grave again he spoke to the family to explain about what order at graveside no attempt was made to Inform me and on scattering earth onto the coffin had I not made full gesture of stepping forwar
