Kerry at Knebworth was wonderful and genuinely cared. I was struggling with certain aspects of my husbands wishes but Kerry suggested options that helped me whilst still respecting what my hisband wanted.
Sadly this is the second time I have has to use J J Burgess but the service is outstanding and they genuinely do care.
I have now taken out my funeral plan with them, knowing that they will help and support my family and make a very difficult time that little bit easier.

Kerry was amazing at meeting with us to arrange dad’s funeral and then keeping in touch at every step, she responded promptly to every call and email and nothing appeared too much trouble for her.
