From first meeting when we popped in to make an appointment, throughout the process, Donna, our funeral arranger, was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All of the arrangements for the service were made very efficiently, I was able to call into the office whenever I needed to, by arrangement, to sit with my wife in the Chapel of Rest and Donna also helped by listening to my reading of my tribute when I wasn't sure if I would be able to get through it. On the day, everything went just as well as it possibly could on what was obviously the most difficult time. I would have no hesitation
