This wonderful company went above an beyond and we couldn’t be more pleased with their overall service.
After having a negative experience at another funeral company. I did a Google search for somewhere local and TA Ellement came up. I literally walked into their Rickmansworth branch and I was met by Lynne who was so welcoming.
I reeled off all the details, needs and wants and within an hour practically everything was sorted. They were able to see to our requests which involved booking them out for the entire day, having several limousines (large family) and doing a private burial the follow

I dealt with Charlotte from start to finish and she was super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Nobody wants the funeral arrangements to add more stress to the situation, and Charlotte made sure that everything went very smoothly. She took her time explaining everything to me, giving me all the options and answering any additional questions promptly either on the phone or via email. Tina and Mark were absolutely amazing during such a difficult time and not just with myself and my father but to all the family they came in contact with and with our requests (a white coffin with black handles).
