Alasdair Rhind directed my mother's funeral. With all the compassion of a brick to the face. Completely lacking in all professional courtesy. No interest in remembering the names of family members or even if he'd met them. Ridiculously late to appointments at the house and generally no interest in people. The man doesn't deserve the one star.
