Mairi, David and all the team are just who you need around you at the time of a bereavement. Grant looked after us when my Dad passed away two years ago, and it was great to have him and the team guiding us through again when my Mam passed away earlier this year. From the first person who takes the initial phone call, they all show genuine compassion. Its such a relief to know that they are there.
