Exceptional. Our family members were so well supported by Hickmott's throughout the entire process of arranging my Father's funeral, right through to them driving us to the wake venue, after the service had finished.
The Celebrant who conducted the service was truly wonderful, and invested a LOT of time into making sure the eulogy was absolutely perfect, with everybody's favourite & most important memories included.
The cars were absolutely immaculate inside and out.
All those involved were so kind, considerate, thoughtful, respectful & highly, highly professional.
Strongly recommend.

E.R Hickmott were incredibly professional for what was obviously a solemn and emotional event. Thank you for everything you have done for us with such sensitivity and respect, we really could not have expected anymore from you.

Dismissive, unhelpful, left me feeling very deflated. Try Henry Paul Funerals or Abbey Funerals instead. From web research E.R. Hickmott were my first choice so I called to arrange a time to meet them in person with my dad and young siblings. I have never been to (let alone arranged) a funeral before and was looking for guidance and clear communication as I prepare to bury my mum. Guy on the phone kept asking if I’d registered various documents (something I wanted to discuss in person, with who I thought would be my funeral provider, alongside my dad while we await the death certificate). No order of service delivered, and then interrupted the service to provide a stranger’s order of service (with photo). A person of not even the right gender, poor man! Alan! Imagine his family! No excuses.
