I had not had to arrange a funeral before. Zara at C Waterhouse was absolutely brilliant, offering care, kindness and understanding at a time when I was not really at my best. She listened to me, answered all my questions and provided thoughtful advice (and tissues). She was like the best friend I never knew I needed.
