Can only recommend Darren and his team at Birds family funeral directors. Organising a funeral from afar is not easy, but Darren was always responsive even out of hours and very happy to meet even my crazy requests, like putting a herd of wooden animals on the coffin! The staff were kind and supportive any time we needed to have contact.

If I could give a higher rating I would, birds have shown respect & compassion from the very start explained everything step by step and treated my dad like their own family Courtney has been the lady we mainly dealt with and I think she is wonderful she made me and my sister feel like nothing was impossible she has always been at the end of the phone the professional manor yet heartfelt understanding is second to none. I wouldnt want to leave my precious dad with anyone but you guy at birds absolutely outstanding.

Birds were amazing from start to finish, from my initial message asking for them to contact me they contacted me immediately and gave me useful information and advise as I had no idea what to do. Courtney was such a great support throughout a very difficult time and I cannot recommend them enough.
