The team at FC Wood are absolutely fantatsic, they are full of empathy and nothing is to much for them, Michelle and Carol in the Ashford office were both amazing and helping me out sorting my late nans funeral, they kept me in the loop through out the whole process and Carol would ring me weekly and week of funeral to make sure I was OK and to explain what happens on the day of the funeral, and the little touches they did was just lovely, would totally recommend them.

My mother had a pre paid funeral plan and FC Wood was the nominated funeral director. From the moment my brother and I met with Kim we knew that Mum would be looked after very well and that all of our requests would be met. Nothing was hurried and we were given plenty of time to decide the finer details. We arranged to see Mum a couple of days before the funeral and she looked so peaceful and had been dressed beautifully in the clothes we had provided. The staff at FC Woods made arranging my mother's funeral as easy as these things can be. They were kind, professional and extremely helpful. After the funeral we received a gift box to store cards etc. and a framed photo of my mother, the image taken from her order of service. A lovely gift that was most unexpected.
