We called Hogbens at 04.30 new years day without prearrangement. The undertaker Matthew was brilliant, he and his colleagues were here within the hour, talked us through the arrangements, we're very respectful when handling mum and left us feeling confident that mum was in good hands.
The funeral itself was first class, with all our wishes carried out precisely. Again Matthew was brilliant, he talked us through everything that was about to happen and did so with curtesy and respect, also with humour which was needed.
I cannot praise G Hogbens & Sons enough.
