When someone you love passes, you want to know that they are being looked after well in their final days before the funeral. And that is exactly what Harry did for me. He was there to fetch my aunt after she died and he was there to lead the procession on the day of her funeral - a constant through the journey with me. He and his team were friendly, professional, and caring. The respect and dedication they have shown during the course of the funeral procession was reassuring and set me immediately at ease. Having lost our mum recently, we reached out to sears and firstly met sally to sort arrangements out! She was lovely but was a few occasions things needed to be chased to sort out, which my brother then did! Not ideal for the situation but it was sorted. The day before the funeral we arranged to see mum and go through last minute details. On the day harry took the lead and was fantastic, for a young lad, he does he’s job so well. He made us comfortable, at ease and with professionalism. He deserves a huge praise , he is a credit to sears. Thank you ♥️

A terrible and heartbreaking loss was made much easier by the kindness and compassion shown by Sears at Maidstone. Sally the manager is a very knowledgeable, caring lady, who put us at ease and made us informed. She was professional yet friendly and down to earth. All of this during covid too, we were made to feel as informed and as relaxed as possible. All the staff, especially the lovely Kelly and Stuart too, were all so helpful and went out of their way to help. Thank you again for your wonderful service.
