At a difficult time for our family Pickard & Beale did a highly professional, sensitive job for our mothers funeral. Matthew and Louise could not have been more helpful in handling all of the details. The funeral went very well and I highly recommend them.

We arranged a funeral with Pickards and Beale for my father. When visiting they were very understanding and helpful, even helping my mother into the building with her wheelchair. Care and professional. Everything was taken into consideration.
We cannot thank the team enough for everything they did and we would recommend going to Pickard and Beale.

Thank you so much for everything you did for my mum and us as a family. Thank you to Matthew for always greeting us with a smile, never rushed or being made to feel like we had a time limit, going above and beyond when we wanted to visit mum in the evening the night before her funeral, nothing was ever a problem. Thank you to Kevin for wearing a tie that matched what colour we was going with & the rest of the team for giving mum the day she deserved, we can not thank you enough and would always recommend you. She also put me in contact with celebrant Eileen , who , on the day , spoke of dad as if she had known him all along. When Wayne and his team arrived to pick my family up on the day everything was immaculate , the hearse , the limos and the team were spotless. Wayne and his team were s

The behaviour of this funeral director is unacceptable. I was greeted by the funeral director with sexist slur as I was navigating through high street when I met the hearse coming my way (couldn’t see it before because of parked cars by church). I pulled in as much as I could and waited respectfully, and was going to let the stream of cars behind the hearse past. Next thing I know I hear moronic misogynistic language from the funeral director to two of the male funeral party about women drivers and what to do with them - I put my window down and challenged him on this where he shouted at me ‘
