Alex made us feel comfortable from first contact. He’s a very caring man, who spoke about receiving Dad into his care. Professional throughout, we also had a laugh with him. He appreciated that our loved one was a unique individual and catered to our every quirky need. My only disappointment with Alex is that he doesn’t look after the whole country, only local to Kent. Very supportive service, allowing us to ask all our questions but also letting us know that he was in control of every detail. Thank you Alex, you’re appreciated more than you’ll ever know, JCx 🙏🏽

They chased up his repatriation and kept me informed during the 16 days. Alex was amazing from the moment of our phone call late at night after dad’s unexpected passing at home . He showed such compassion to us all from our first meeting onwards .
