Their kindness, sympathy, professionalism and care made the arrangements for my wife's mother's funeral as stress free as it could possibly be.They handled everything with such gentle understanding and patience, which can only come from people who care deeply about what they do. Choosing someone to take care of your loved one once they have passed is one of the hardest things to do, but Steve and Jackie instantly put our minds at rest. We felt validated and listened to, with no question feeling too small. Steve went above and beyond to ensure mum was in their care as soon as possible, something that we will be forever grateful for. Steve & Jackie gave our Mum a funeral fit for a Queen. Respectful, Dignified & Extremely Beautiful. From our first visit we were treated with so much Care & Compassion. The funeral was organised within a very short time, and nothing was too much trouble for them both.
