I felt pressured to act on the decisions that the staff member had chosen for myself and the deceased.
The worker made the assumption that I was unable to fund the funeral and as a result pushed for the cheaper option. I resisted this and she continued to suggest it several times. She suggested acting on certain family matters that she had absolutely no business in and should not have been pushing her choices on the deceased. She also commented on my mental health as though it was her place to.
She spoke over me, didn't listen to me, repeated herself like I'm some kind of idiot. Left the roo
