Sam and Laura were both incredible, going out of their way to make sure that I got everything I wanted for the service. Nothing was too much to ask for, even doing a last minute change to dress Papa in the suit he wore for my wedding. If I could give more stars, I would. We used TW Boorman to look after Mum when she had passed away and to take her to the Crematorium for us to say our final goodbye.
Tansy in the Tonbridge office was my primary contact and she helped me with the practical arrangements and ensured that everything was in place for the cremation. Tansy's professionalism and helpful manner throughout as we subsequently fine tuned the arrangements were much appreciated and she was a pleasure to deal with.

Tansy and her team were absolutely fantastic in guiding us the process to say ‘Goodbye” to our mother after 99 years of a well lived life.
Not only did they take care of the funeral arrangements they also guided us through the official process of registering the death.
Their attention to detail was amazing and the respect they showed Mum on her journey to the Crematorium was touching.
