Very pleased with the service I received when arranging my wife's funeral. Lucy, in the Biggin Hill office, was friendly, kind, considerate and very helpful explaining the options and costs and also other things that I needed to consider, such as the type of service, decoration of the coffin, order of service and visual tribute.
