From our first meeting with Len and Eliza we were impressed with the professionalism and the care and understanding given at such a difficult time. Eliza responded to all of our questions and requests promptly and Len was a very calming influence at our meeting and on the phone. On the day of the service Michael could not do enough for us and was fantastic.
