We dealt with Paul throughout the whole process from meeting to discus our wishes right up to the funeral itself and no request was too much . We were so happy with the way sullivans and son took care of my mum they were highly professional and kept us up to date with everything as soon as I met Paul he put my mind at rest h sorted out the cremation then the burial of my mums ashes in with my dad's grave he even gave us a little memory pebble to remember my mum nothing was too much trouble a lovely company and Paul is a true gentleman

I used Sullivan & Son for both my mum when she passed in 2009 and my nan when she passed in in 2024. All I can say is in that time period Sulivan & Son had not changed at all. Still the ethos of family first. Paul was always at hand to guide every step of the way. It honestly was so lovely that 15 years on Paul was still as passionate about his job. My wife died recently and, upon recommendation, I asked Paul Sullivan to look after her funeral. From the start, he was extremely supportive, giving me the benefit of his obvious experience in a very friendly way. He explained what needed to be done and, where there were alternatives, he gave me the pros and cons and let me decide. He was willing to act as the link with all the relevant third parties and the quality of his "extras" such as the floral tribute and service sheet printing was excellent. It all resulted in a thoroughly fitting tribute to my wife. A first-class service.
