We could not fault the caring and totally professional way that Havill’s dealt with Betty's funeral. They guided us through every step of the arrangements and gave her exactly the send-off that she would have wanted. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and Debbie spent a huge amount of time listening to us and making suggestions where necessary.
