Sadly, I lost my father in October, but Hambrook & Johns really made the whole situation bearable from the moment we first got in contact. The first time we went into the branch, to discuss the funeral arrangements etc, we were warmly welcomed by Ann who was ever so helpful and calming about everything. Amazing, i can not put into words how amazing the ladies are. Ann, Alyssa and Linda, 3 wonderful ladies who all went above and beyond for my mum's funeral arrangements and service. From the 1st day to the last day they were with my dad and myself every step of the way.
