Nikki was so compassionate, caring, helpful and professional at all times and took us through the numerous services available for our daughter’s funeral arrangements and couldn’t do enough for my wife and I to make it as perfect as possible.
She was also able to procure a solid wood coffin to match our personal preference to paint it with an original design and add washi-paper origami cranes containing messages from friends unable to attend in person.
