Organising a funeral for your loved one is very difficult but Doves Larkfield where great. The day my brother and I went in to sort out mum's funeral Jenny was absolutely amazing. Nothing was to much trouble, very pleasant and warming. Jenny had so much compassion, empathy and was very caring made the whole situation so much easier. The actual day came and Matthew the Funeral Director arrived with mum and was very calm and comforting and explained what was going to happen with compassion.
