Using T Allen Strood was the best decision I made for my mums funeral - nothing was to much trouble, they were absolutely outstanding! Sarah and Glynes were compassionate, empathetic, kind, caring and understanding.... My Mum had the most amazing send off with a beautiful 4 white horse drawn white carriage, and everything was amazing on the day. They have a chapel of rest and it is so comforting, I spent hours everyday in there, even with young children they was amazing. From the moment we walked into the Strood branch, we knew who we were going to go with. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything we wanted was done and more. The dressing in own clothes, personal items in the coffin, the presentation and viewing in the chapel (little things such as lace and flowers on the coffin).
