Right from the moment she first walked through the door up until the end of the service at the crem, the Strood Coop were very attentive towards my mother in the planning of my Grandfather’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so well looked after. They even asked her how she was coping on more than one occasion, so not just the ‘business’ stuff. Never made to feel silly with any of her questions. Would highly recommend.
N.B. On the first Friday of each month they hold a coffee morning at the shop which we would really encourage people to go along to if they've very recently lost
