Dear Team at The Co-operative Group,
I just wanted to write and express my deepest and most heartfelt thanks for the truly beautiful send-off you gave my dear Auntie Jean.
From the very first moment, everything was handled with such care, dignity, and genuine compassion. During one of the most difficult times for our family, you brought comfort, calm, and reassurance, and that meant more to us than words can fully say.

Angie has been so helpful and I'm so grateful that we chose the co-op chatham branch, anything we needed or wanted she was able to help with. She made us feel at ease throughout this difficult time. I don't think I could have arranged my partners funeral without her understanding and support. I would 100% recommend Angie and the co-op chatham branch.

I cannot thank Verity and Carly and all the team enough. From the moment the Undertakers came to collect my auntie to the day of Rose funeral every person was compassionate understanding and just made the process more bearable.
